There are two pilots in the passenger aircraft for security reasons. A pilot can fly the plane alone, but the pilots' workload is quite high, especially during landings. For this reason, the task distribution is made between the two pilots in the cockpit. While one of the pilots is responsible for flying the aircraft, the other pilot is responsible for all communications of the aircraft and monitoring of the indicators. Captain pilot decides on this task distribution. The captain pilot has full responsibility for the aircraft, but also helps the co-pilot gain the necessary experience.
