Istanbul Aviation Club, which is the biggest club providing flight services in Turkey with its vast experience dating back to 1986, has been institutionalized under the name of Istanbul Aviation in order to provide higher standards of education. The academy, which continues its path under the name of Istanbul Aviation, is on its way to become Turkey's most successful aviation school.

A 420 m² hangar was built in Bursa Yenişehir Airport by Istanbul Aviation Club.

2012
The first Aviation Show, which attracts aviation enthusiasts from many parts of Turkey, called "Mysia", has been organized by Istanbul Aviation Club in Edremit Bay, where 300 people and 75 aircraft participate.

1998
As a result of the agreement with the Turkish Air Association, 8 T34 aircraft joined the fleet. After this growth, agreements were made with the T34 groups in the United States. During this period, hundreds of hours of flights were made and interest in aviation increased throughout Turkey. At the same time, many participations were made in the international sports aviation activities with T34 aircraft.

Istanbul Aviation Club has been authorized to train Private Pilot.

The Beech T-34A type training aircraft was removed from the Air Force inventory and added to the fleet. Thanks to these planes, Istanbul Aviation Club has become one of the rare clubs in the world that has a high performance and aerobatic aircraft.

Istanbul Aviation Club was established in order to contribute to Turkish Aviation as well as providing flight opportunities to sky enthusiasts and training pilot candidates. As a result of the agreement with the Turkish Aeronautical Association in the first days of its establishment, it provided pilot training to club members. And the club bought his first plane in this period.
